Our Process
Step 1
This is the fun part! Browse around the inventory on our website and select all the items you’d love to have as part of your special day. Click “add to wish list” to add those items to your cart.
Step 2
Submit your wish list. Be sure to include the dates you’ll need your items as well as your need for delivery and/or set-up services. If there are additional items you can’t find that would make your day perfect, please leave a note on your wish list submission. The Wedding Loft is a new business that is expanding our inventory items every day and can work with you to acquire your picture-perfect items. If you happen to think of anything after your submission, you can also head to the “Contact Us” page and submit any additional requests or amendments.
Step 3
Within 3 days of your submission, we will contact you with a proposal detailing the price break down of your requested items and any services requested.
Step 4
If you are satisfied with the proposal, you can accept the proposal and our rental coordinator will send a formal contract. A 25% retainer is required upon signing the contract and your proposed items will be reserved for use on the dates requested. We understand if the quantity of your items may change as your dates get closer. We recommend reserving more items than you need as we cannot guarantee availability outside of your reservation.
Step 5
45 days prior to your event, our rental coordinator will reach out to you to work out the logistics. This will include pick up and drop off or delivery details such as location confirmation, set up and tear down expectations, and timelines. Please provide any floor plans and contact information (venue coordinators, day-of coordinators, wedding planners, etc.) at this time.
Step 6
30 days prior to your event, our rental coordinator will reach out confirming your order and whether any further amendments need to be made. An invoice for your final payment will be sent at this time.
Step 7
14 days prior to your event, no further amendments can be made and final payment is due. Our rental coordinator will reach out to confirm delivery and pick up times and locations.
